QUILTS FOR FIRE VICTIMS

What an amazing response we've had from our membership with over 130 quilts donated to fire victims.

Kare, at Sew Creative in Ashland, OR, who has been receiving and distributing the quilts, writes: Thank you and all of your guild members for the extraordinary boxes of quilts.  We are so grateful for your kind hearts and talented hands.  Families are being "kumforted"...just like you planned.

Mystery Challenge Quilt - At our November Zoom Guild Meeting members displayed their Mystery Challenge Quilts.  Clues were given each month in the guild newsletter explaining each step to make the quilt. Participants assembled the quilts with wonderful results indicating their creativity.  The pattern used was developed by Lyn Brown called Magic 9-Patch Next Generation. Click here for the pattern.

Lyn joined us at our November Zoom Guild Meeting and shared information on how she had developed the pattern. Many of our members had taken classes from Lyn and we all enjoyed seeing her again.

Pictured below are some of the quilts made by members.
